  • Consent: you have given clear consent for you to process your personal data for a specific purpose.
  • Contract (if applicable): the processing is necessary for a contract we have with you, or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract.

Information you provide to us directly and the purposes for which it is used.

  • We are requesting your email address and a brief description of your situation to submit the application. At this stage, you do not need to provide full name information if it is not necessary.
  • To help you, we need more information about your case. We adhere to the principle of minimization and will only request what is necessary. The information you provide may be sensitive under the GDPR, so we ask for your clear consent to process it. We will permanently delete the information after providing help, unless we are required to store it according to Lithuanian law.
  • If you would like to support our organisation, you have the opportunity to do so. We store transaction information only for legal requirements and do not share it with any third parties. We use Stripe and Donorbox services for donations.
  • If you wish to attend our online or offline events, we will only collect your first name, last name, email address, and social media account. After the events, we may send emails related to the event's theme. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you have the right to object (see “Rights”).
